The Role: Sales Development Representative
We’re hiring an SDR to build and run Revin’s outbound engine. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for salespeople who thrive in early-stage environments and want to drive pipeline for a growing enterprise SaaS platform.
You’ll own outbound prospecting, generate leads, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings. This role is ideal for someone who wants to influence the playbook as the sales organization scales.
What You’ll Do
Generate pipeline through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
Make 20–30 or more cold calls per day, converting conversations into qualified meetings
Research accounts and identify owners, operators, and executive decision makers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads with clear judgment
Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Navigate early objections and complex buying dynamics
Maintain accurate CRM data
Collaborate with AEs to improve messaging and targeting
Help build outbound playbooks and best practices as the team scales
Who You Are
1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including outbound experience
Experience at top-performing SaaS companies is a plus
Enjoy talking to people and can think on your feet, adjusting approach in real time
Care about doing the work well, not just hitting activity targets
Want to be early at a company that is clearly working and growing
