Position Overview

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized e-commerce merchants. You'll be the first touchpoint for SMB prospects and the person responsible for bringing them onto the Redo platform. This isn't an order-taking role, we want someone who can prospect, educate, and close.

What You'll Do

  • Own a pipeline— prospect and generate leads across SMB e-commerce merchants through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and partner referrals

  • Become a product expert— deeply understand Redo's OMS, Checkout Optimization, and Recovery products and speak to them fluently in merchant conversations

  • Run the full cycle— conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations through to close

  • Educate merchants— help SMB merchants understand how Redo's OMS reduces operational overhead, how Checkout Optimization lifts conversion, and how Recovery recaptures lost revenue

  • Hit your number— consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota

  • Feed the machine— maintain clean CRM hygiene and share market insights that inform product and GTM strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce tech

  • Comfortable running high-velocity, shorter sales cycles (SMB deal cycles move fast)

  • Strong discovery skills — you ask the right questions and know how to qualify quickly

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build in a fast-moving startup

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into e-commerce, retail tech, or merchant tools

  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms

  • Prior experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
