About
Previ's mission is to help people save more of their hard-earned paycheck. Our leading product is wireless service — premium, unlimited plans on major carrier enterprise accounts, offered to employees of partnered businesses. The average member saves over $1,200 annually on their wireless bill, and our team makes the switching process and support experience as seamless as possible.
The Role
The wireless ops team owns the operational infrastructure behind member onboarding. When an activation stalls, a port needs chasing, or the onboarding team hits something it cannot resolve, this role handles it. The primary working relationship is with the onboarding team; support and the carriers intersect daily, but onboarding is where the day-to-day sits.
The role keeps SIMs moving, lines coming up clean, and problems cleared before they reach the member. It covers onboarding escalations, SIM fulfilment, inventory, device order support and process documentation — hands-on, in office, alongside a small team. It suits someone who would rather call a carrier than wait for a ticket to move.
What you'll do
- Escalation resolution — Onboarding issues front-line teams cannot clear: stalled activations, port complications, carrier follow-up.
- SIM fulfilment — The daily queue from request through to carrier handoff, against a fixed afternoon deadline.
- Inventory — Physical stock and line inventory, kept ahead of demand rather than behind it.
- Device order support — Orders, returns, cancellations and shipment follow-up as device sales scale.
- Project execution — Task work on whatever operational project is live, carried to completion.
- Documentation — Written process kept current as it changes.
What we're looking for:
- Reliable against a fixed daily deadline without supervision — required
- Comfortable pressing a carrier for an answer and staying with it until there is one — required
- Precision on routine work; the daily queue has to be right every time, not most of the time — required
- Steady when something is broken and someone is waiting
- Clear communication across onboarding, support and the carriers
- Competent with web-based systems and spreadsheets
- Experience in wireless, telecom, mobile retail or order fulfilment is a strong plus
What makes the role different:
The role sits where problems land, which means seeing the whole picture — onboarding, carriers, orders and fulfillment — rather than one slice of it. It carries a fixed daily rhythm alongside the unpredictable work and suits someone equally comfortable with both.
Growth opportunity. The role starts part-time and moves to full-time as device sales scale. From there, the work one level up — line management, process improvement, and the decisions about how onboarding operations run — is the natural next step for someone who has learned the systems well enough to own them. Previ is growing, and this team grows with it.
