Job Description:

We are seeking a highly personable and dedicated individual to join our Member Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the member experience by onboarding new members to Previ’s wireless service plans, particularly when they encounter difficulties during the standard sign-up process. Your excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills will be key in ensuring our members have a positive and seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist new members by phone and chat when they encounter friction during onboarding (e.g., device locks, porting issues, activation errors).
• Provide clear, friendly, and empathetic support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Help teammates manage their list of assigned Previ members during times of high inquiry or sign-up volume.
• Use exceptional communication skills to handle member questions efficiently and clearly.
• Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to resolve issues swiftly.
• Maintain accurate notes and records of member interactions to ensure seamless handoffs and support.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize member needs.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in an onboarding or customer support role, ideally within a membership-based or tech-forward organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time only (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule)
