Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 / Variable: $100,000 - $120,000 / OTE $200,000-$240,000

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on sales leader—someone who has personally closed complex SaaS deals, knows what great looks like, and wants to help build a world-class GTM motion from the ground up.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team and take full ownership of the sales cycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and close—while shaping the playbook for the next generation of AEs.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from senior AE to Director-level scope, leading by example and mentoring future hires as the team scales.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business across hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and other capital-markets firms.

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, ROI development, and close.

• Partner directly with the CEO, Head of Sales, CMO, and Product leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy.

• Use a modern SaaS GTM stack (HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to build and manage pipeline efficiently.

• Contribute new tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve sales execution.

• Influence the roadmap by translating market insights and customer feedback into actionable input for Product.

• Consistently meet and exceed ARR and quota goals, while maintaining disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.

• Serve as a mentor and culture-carrier for future sales hires as the company grows.

Who You Are

• 5–7+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.

• Proven success selling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in contract management, fintech, or data-driven workflows.

• Hands-on, metrics-driven seller who’s comfortable owning pipeline and closing deals in fast-moving, founder-led environments.

• Experienced with a modern GTM toolkit (HubSpot, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, etc.).

• Background at high-growth SaaS companies such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Box, Rippling, or similar.

• Confident communicator with executive-level buyers (Legal, Procurement, Finance, COO).

• Hungry, resourceful, and eager to help define a new category—Contract Performance Management (CPM).
