About Your Role

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Client Success. This role is an end-to-end client success function, setting strategy to boost satisfaction, retention, and revenue. You’ll manage a diverse team, optimize processes and systems, and partner across sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver a seamless, value-driven client experience.This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about driving measurable impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client success strategy to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Implementation Managers, Client Success Managers, Coordinators, and a Junior Systems Admin. Coach your team to capture additional revenue.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and coordinate cross-functional crisis responses.

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs, health scores, churn risk, and success-team performance.

  • Provide guidance on SOPs, implement automation and AI tools, and ensure data integrity across HubSpot CRM, Confluence, Google Workspace, Zoom, and related systems.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client journey.

  • Champion compliance, data security, SLAs, risk mitigation, and contractual obligations.

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

  • Bachelor Degree preferred requirements

  • 5 years experience leadership in client relations and/or customer success with a proven track record of building teams.

    • Candidates with SaaS industry experience are strongly preferred.

  • Experience implementing workflow automation, API integrations, and data-management best practices.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot), collaboration tools (Confluence, Google Workspace), and video conferencing (Zoom).

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and escalation-management skills.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project-management capabilities.
