About Your Role

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager. The Growth Marketing Manager will own demand generation across paid media, analytics, growth marketing campaigns, and optimization initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is perfect for a data-driven, hands-on marketer who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to translate marketing activity into revenue impact. You will build, execute, optimize and scale campaigns that directly feed the sales team with qualified opportunities. You will work closely with the content, sales and leadership teams to bring Pest Share to property managers across the country. What You’ll Do

  • Demand Generation: Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, etc.) to drive high-quality leads.

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ads, landing pages, creative, messaging, and conversion funnels to improve CAC and pipeline contribution.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and performance tracking for campaigns, delivering insights on ROI, attribution, and funnel conversion.

  • Growth Marketing: Identify and experiment with new paid and organic channels, tactics, and growth loops to scale demand.

  • Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead flow, quality SQLs, and alignment on pipeline goals.

  • Content & Messaging: Work with product marketing and design teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and campaigns.

  • Budget Management: Manage paid media budgets with accountability to ROI and revenue contribution.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B, SaaS or PropTech.

  • Proven track record of running and scaling paid media campaigns that drive measurable and profitable pipeline.

  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data, dashboards, attribution, automation and A/B testing.

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AI automation tools and analytics platforms. A Hubspot expert is a big plus.

  • Startup mindset: scrappy, adaptable, hands-on, eager to experiment and critical thinker. You don’t highlight issues but solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
