Enzo Health is a healthcare technology company transforming home health operations through purpose-built artificial intelligence. We deliver a secure, HIPAA-compliant AI platform that unifies intake, clinical documentation, coding, and quality assurance—enabling agencies to reclaim time and revenue while elevating patient care.
Enzo addresses the critical challenges facing home health agencies today: rising operational costs, clinician burnout, shrinking reimbursement margins, and increasing compliance demands. Our integrated AI solution automates documentation workflows from referral to final QA, allowing clinical staff to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Our Solutions
- Enzo Intake: Delivers intake decisions in seconds, automatically extracting key data from referrals to increase admissions and reduce processing delays.
- Enzo Scribe: Auto-generates OASIS documentation, clinical narratives, and care plans, reducing documentation time by up to 75%.
- Enzo QA: Ensures documentation meets the highest clinical standards with approximately 95% coding accuracy, reducing compliance risk while increasing reimbursement by an average of $185 per episode.
Our Impact
Trusted by top-performing home health agencies nationwide, Enzo delivers measurable results: documentation time under 25 minutes per visit, referral intake under 5 minutes, and 30-50% savings per episode of care. These efficiencies effectively double staff capacity while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance.
As reimbursement pressures intensify, Enzo Health empowers agencies to navigate cost-cutting measures without compromising care quality, positioning AI as the essential strategy for sustainable growth in home health.
About the role
We’re looking for a scrappy, high-ownership Product Manager to drive the development of Enzo Health’s core products. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and go-to-market, turning real customer problems into scalable software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants to build products that directly impact patient care and healthcare operations.
What you'll do
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration across key Enzo products (OASIS automation, intake, scribe, etc.)
- Work closely with engineering and design to define product requirements and ship high-quality features quickly
- Talk to customers regularly (home health operators, clinicians, admins) to deeply understand pain points and workflows
- Translate insights into clear product specs, roadmaps, and priorities
- Balance speed and quality while making high-stakes product tradeoffs
- Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvement using data and user feedback
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure strong product positioning and successful launches
- Help define and refine Enzo’s long-term product strategy
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into simple, intuitive product experiences
- Experience working closely with engineers and shipping technical products
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a bias toward action
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and accountability
- Strong communication skills—able to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Experience in healthcare or AI products is a plus, but not required
Why This Role Matters
Enzo Health is building the operating system for post-acute care. The problems we’re solving—documentation burden, intake inefficiencies, and coding complexity—directly impact clinician productivity and patient outcomes. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping solutions that drive real-world impact while helping Enzo scale toward its vision of fully automated workflows in home health.
