Overview
Location: Lehi, UT
As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in Enzo Health's AI-powered healthcare solutions. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospects who can benefit from our innovative documentation and compliance tools. You'll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare documentation. This is a high-energy, dynamic position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
What You'll Do
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Research and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry, focusing on home health agencies and clinical practices. • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage with decision-makers. • Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
2. Pipeline Development
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos between prospects and Account Executives. • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward. • Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation. • Track and analyze outreach performance to continuously improve conversion rates.
3. Market Intelligence
• Gather and document valuable market insights from prospect conversations. • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points. • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams about prospect needs and objections. • Contribute to the refinement of our ideal customer profile and targeting strategy.
4. Relationship Building
• Represent Enzo Health professionally as the first point of contact for many prospects. • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively communicate value propositions. • Build rapport with prospects by understanding their specific challenges and needs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus. • Experience at an early-stage startup or in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and resilience to handle rejection.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume outreach environment.
• Coachable attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
• A basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology is a plus.
