ClearJet is a Series B parcel logistics company. Instead of building new infrastructure, we unlock the underutilized capacity already sitting in existing shipping networks to move packages faster and cheaper than the incumbents. We're a lean, execution-focused team.

Own ClearJet OS, the internal platform our ops, support, and admin teams run the business on. As we scale, the leverage isn't in adding headcount; it's in better tooling and smart automation. That's this role.

You will:

• Own the internal product surface end to end: ops tooling, admin workflows, and the systems our teams work in daily
• Find where ops time and errors accumulate, and rebuild those workflows
• Identify where AI can remove manual work, and ship it: automated exception handling, intelligent routing and triage, agent-assisted support
• Own design for these surfaces yourself, using AI tools to move fast
• Ship weekly with engineering and iterate on how the tools actually get used
• Partner closely with ops and support leadership, who are your primary users and your best source of signal
