The Recruiting will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and internal HR initiatives that support our growing organization. This role will oversee the full recruitment cycle and design engaging onboarding and employee development programs that strengthen retention, culture, and performance. Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all departments and specialties.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop creative sourcing plans.
- Stay informed on industry trends and use data insights to enhance the recruiting and selection process.
Candidate Sourcing & Assessment
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Ambia Energy’s values.
Hiring Process & Onboarding Management
- Lead the full hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs that foster early engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure consistent and effective onboarding experiences across all teams.
Internal HR Development & Growth Initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for internal career growth and succession planning.
- Support employee development through engagement programs, performance feedback systems, and training coordination.
- Implement initiatives to enhance company culture, recognition, and internal communication.
- Analyze retention trends and provide strategic recommendations for workforce planning and employee engagement.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate data and reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle metrics.
- Continuously identify process improvements to streamline HR workflows and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years).
- At least 2 years experience in a management, training, or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, improve processes, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Experience managing budgets and contributing to financial decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
