Up to 70% of travel in and out of state(s) is expected.

Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of installers during solar panel installations.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Install required labels on solar system components and hardware according to specifications.
- Collaborate with leadership to guarantee all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.

- Prior experience in the residential solar industry is required.
- Proficiency in working with various residential solar products including inverters and modules.
- Possession of OSHA 10 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
- A valid US driver’s license is required. The driver's license must be active for a minimum of 4 years
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
- A background check will be performed on all new hires
- Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to scale residential homes
- Familiarity with technology devices, i.e. iOS and Android
- Must reside in Idaho (southeastern) or Utah with the ability to travel to cover projects in both Idaho and Utah
