Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a seasoned Account Executive (5–8 years experience) with a strong track record in enterprise software sales. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, take full ownership of your territory, and know how to both hunt new business and expand existing accounts. You bring strategic thinking, competitive drive, and the scrappiness required to win in a high-growth company.
What You’ll Do
Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Manage your full book of business—from prospecting to close, and through account growth and expansion
- Partner closely with Business Development to consistently land new logos
- Create and communicate compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
- Independently execute complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
Develop Deal & Account Strategy
- Build and execute strategies for both individual deals and long-term account growth
- Map key stakeholders, business objectives, and organizational priorities
- Align solutions to client goals, ROI, and measurable outcomes
- Navigate complex organizations and develop strong champion networks
Lead Product Discovery & Demonstrations
- Deliver engaging, consultative product demos early in the sales cycle
- Clearly articulate how our platform solves client pain points
- Partner with technical teams to design solutions for complex requirements
- Translate product capabilities into business value and financial impact
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
- Coordinate internal resources to advance deals and ensure client success
- Represent the company as a trusted, professional market ambassador
- Share market feedback and competitive insights to shape strategy
What You Bring
Experience
- 5–8 years of Account Executive experience in enterprise software sales
- Consistent quota attainment and revenue growth
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Enterprise SaaS Expertise
- Experience closing six-figure to $1M+ deals (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (qualification, deal strategy, account planning)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot a plus)
- Comfortable using AI tools for prospecting, content creation, and pipeline management
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Ability to build both deal-level and long-term account strategies
- Strong business acumen—connecting product to ROI and outcomes
- Data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management
